Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Rotherham. This is a temporary ongoing role, starting as soon as possible, with the potential for extension depending on school needs.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students in achieving their academic goals. The school is known for its inclusive and supportive environment, making it a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs.

• Plan and deliver English lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
