We're looking for inspiring English Teachers who can help students build confidence in their communication skills at our local schools in Southport. For this role we are offering £150 - £220 per day- which is negotiable depending on experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has QTS (Qualified Teaching Status).
• An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) - we can help with this.
• Can teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
• Brings energy, innovation, and emotional intelligence to the classroom.
• Genuinely believes in the power of language to change lives.
• Want's to grow within a school that's going places.

Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English Language and Literature (KS3-KS4).
• Regularly assess student work using formative and summative assessment techniques.
• Liaise with parents/carers regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
• Participate in department and whole-school meetings.
