• English Teacher:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons.
• Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage students to develop a love for reading and writing.
• PSHE Teacher:
• Plan and deliver PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic) education lessons.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Address topics such as mental health, relationships, and personal development.
• Promote students' social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to PSHE education.

• Professional Conduct:
• Uphold the ethos, policies, and practices of the school.
• Demonstrate positive attitudes, values, and behaviours.
• Safeguard pupils' well-being by following relevant statutory guidance and school policies.
• Knowledge and Understanding:
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date through self-evaluation and professional development.
• Understand the needs of all pupils and contribute effectively to their support.
• Apply subject and curriculum knowledge to support teachers and pupils.
• Teaching and Learning:
• Adopt strategies to support teaching and learning, including for pupils with special educational needs.
• Promote inclusion and encourage participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
• Use effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience teaching English and PSHE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to the well-being and development of students.
