Randstad are working alongside a renowned university based in East London who are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their Enrolment Support team. Over the busy summer period they need capable and reliable people to deal with inbound calls and queries from current and prospective students.

These roles will start on August 4th and run through September/October depending on call volumes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Respond to queries surrounding the enrolment process.
• Successfully identify queries which need further support and transfer to the correct department or drop in sessions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyse issues
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience within customer service
