Enterprise Architect - Local Authority

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Enterprise Architect on a Contract basis.

This role will provide Enterprise Architecture to the Council client, enabling transformation and streamlining customer access and the siloed applications.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Contribute to the top-down design of the Target Operating Model (TOM), working on identified opportunities where digital solutions can drive service improvements.
• Ensure a cohesive architectural approach is adopted in the design of digital changes across workstreams
• Produce high- and low-level detailed designs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all perspectives are incorporated into the design process
• Work to actively improve the customer service and resident experience for the Council, with strong, robust Enterprise Architecture.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Local Government experience is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills along with the ability to overcome challenges.
• A strong understanding and experience in large-scale, digitally enabled change within local government organisations.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £700-£800+ per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
