London - Hybrid (2-3 a month in office)

12-month contract

Salary: £78,000

As an Enterprise Resilience Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our organization. This is a pivotal time to join our team as we embark on a property strategy under delivery and a function change plan that aims to embed best practices and innovative solutions across our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Take ownership of REFM's function setup, implementing systems and ways of working that interface seamlessly with other business units.
  • Monitor Performance: Set up and monitor operational performance, assess third-party contracts, and support targeted improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the REFM team, ensuring lessons learned are translated into future opportunities.
  • Coordinate Change: Own and coordinate the REFM change plan, interfacing with DTS and third-party suppliers for effective delivery.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Real Estate in developing strategies and managing the implementation of planning or programs for strategic change.
  • Oversight of Projects: Ensure that all REFM opportunities and projects are tracked end-to-end, with adequate resources, systems, and stakeholder alignment in place.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Influential Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in influencing and managing stakeholders, delivering results while cutting through the noise.
  • Collaborative Challenger: An ability to challenge effectively while fostering strong collaboration across teams.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Proven management skills with a knack for resolving issues and proactively managing risks.
  • Exceptional Organizer: Strong planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to manage conflicts and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in MS Project and/or other project management software, with a strong understanding of business and financial processes.
  • Continuous Improvement Expert: Experience in best practices for continuous improvement, optimizing results, and tracking outcomes.

Top Highlighted Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Continuity & Resilience, with BCI certification (CBCI, AMBCI, MBCI, FBCI) preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, data manipulation).
  • Experience in a heavily regulated industry, ideally financial services or energy/utilities is a plus not a must.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in high-pressure scenarios.
