ER Advisor

Our client, based in Telford, is currently recruiting for an ER Advisor on a 3-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and they are looking for someone who has experience handling a high volume of cases, being able to manage a busy workload from day one.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting with a backlog of disciplinary and grievance casework
• Supporting and guiding managers to resolves issues with best practice advice, following legal and policy guidelines
• Using strong employment law knowledge to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily
• Updating the ER case tracker and communicating with managers and employees to ensure all are updated with progress
• Coaching managers to improve their knowledge of how to handle employee relations issues

Working hours:

• 3 days working onsite, 2 days working from home
• Monday - Friday
