Job Description - ER Advisor

Are you passionate about Employee Relations?

Are you available now to start a 12 month FTC?

Salary range - £40,000 - £45,000

Hybrid working on offer.

We are recruiting an ER Advisor role for a business based in south Cambridgeshire for a period of 12 months to cover a maternity leave.

You will be an experienced HR professional who loves employee relations, managing case work regarding absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievance, appeals and working with occupational health.

You will also deliver metrics and trends for the ER Manager
