Job Description - ER Specialist

Employee Relations Specialist – 12 Month FTC | Cambridge (Hybrid)

We’re proud to be recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a respected organisation based in Cambridge on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP.

What’s on offer:

Hybrid working with just 1 day on-site per week
A supportive, close-knit HR team
Autonomy to manage a diverse ER caseload

Your role will include:

Handling cases across sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance, probation & flexible working
Advising managers on policy and HR best practice
Building strong relationships to guide stakeholders through complex ER matters

Who we’re looking for:

CIPD qualified
Experienced in a broad range of employee relations cases
Confident, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven
