ERP - Communications Lead

Your new role
As a Communications Specialist, you will bring a fresh, creative approach to our clients' communications strategy, challenging the status quo and exploring new channels and methods across a landmark ERP change programme of work underway. You will produce communications for a wide range of audiences, from board and partner level to individuals on the ground. Your role will also involve actively engaging in training initiatives and effectively challenging stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extremely creative individual who is not afraid to rock the boat.
• Proven track record of producing impactful communications across various levels of an organisation, from board/partner level to front-line workers.
• Strong communication skills, essential for challenging and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in the legal sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
