ERP Programme Manager - Contract

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced D365 ERP Programme Manager to spearhead a critical transformation initiative: the migration of legacy Warehouse Management capabilities to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and WMS). This is a high-impact role overseeing full programme delivery across both business and technology functions.

You’ll be accountable for driving alignment across scope, timelines, resourcing, and change management -ensuring this transformation lands successfully and delivers real value.

• Leading end-to-end delivery of a complex ERP programme, with a focus on D365 F&O and WMS.

• Coordinating cross-functional planning, governance, risk management, and vendor engagement.

• Ensuring robust programme controls (RAID, KPIs, RACI, budgets) and measurable progress against business goals.

• Aligning technology delivery with operational transformation across warehouse, logistics, and broader supply chain functions.

• Navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to deliver results.

• Providing both strategic leadership and hands-on programme management where needed.

• 5–7+ years of ERP programme management experience, with a strong delivery track record.

• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Microsoft D365 F&O and WMS (not just oversight or PMO involvement).

• Deep understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain processes.

• Skilled at managing stakeholders at all levels, including external vendors and delivery partners.

• Strong grasp of change leadership, communication, and business engagement strategies.

This role is an ASAP start. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to commit to 4-5 days on site presence with the client.
