Estate Cleaner - East London Temp to perm

Location: East London

Salary: £23000-£25000 per annum This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About Us:

Our client is a well-established managing agent looking seeking a diligent and reliable Estate Cleaner to join their team at a busy residential site in east London

You would be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas within residential estates across East London. This is a vital role in creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for residents.

A valid UK driving license is essential for this position!

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and sanitising communal hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and other shared areas.

* Litter picking and cleaning of communal areas

* Emptying bins and ensuring proper waste disposal.

* Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns to the relevant team.

* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

* Working independently and as part of a team when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably within a residential or commercial setting.

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach.

* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Good communication skills.

* A good understanding of health and safety practices and. You will Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.

* The ability to carry out physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for prolonged periods).

A valid UK driving license is essential for this position!
