Job Description - Estates Administrator - (6-month FTC)

The Team & Focus of the Role

Working in our busy rural team, this role provides efficient and effective technical administrative service to the department. The successful candidate will be extremely organised with proven experience of managing large and sometimes conflicting workload. You will be a first-class communicator, establishing and building professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to incorporate your skills into an established team.

This is a Temporary full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am 5.30pm), based at our Knutsford office.

In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

Duties will include:

  • Good financial acumen
  • Excellent attention to detail, whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively within the team
  • First class organisational skills
  • Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Applications
  • Data management and onboarding of new systems

The successful candidate will have...

  • The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of smartsheets, workflows and CRM management systems are desirable but not essential.
