Estates Maintenance Assistant

Your new company
You will be working at an educational site in Winchester.

Your new role
You will be looking after the attractive grounds and many buildings at the site.You will be on a rotating shift pattern, which will include some evenings. This will be discussed further at interview.

You will also be required to join a rota to cover some Saturdays, for which additional hours will be paid, as well as on-call commitment.

Duties will include locking and unlocking buildings, undertaking internal and external maintenance, porterage, driving and other duties as required to keep the buildings and grounds in good state.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience in a maintenance role, and you must be physically fit to undertake manual work.We are looking for someone with a cheerful and 'can-do' attitude, who is ready and able to learn.
Driving license is desirable

£12.34 to £12.54 p/h
