Estates Maintenance Manager

Catch 22 are working with a large commercial estate to recruit a Maintenance Manager to take ownership of hard Facilities Management delivery across a busy, multi-site portfolio.

This is a hands-on technical role, responsible for managing both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring full compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, and leading a team of engineers and subcontractors.

You'll oversee CAFM usage, audits, reporting, and act as the main point of contact for client meetings and any service escalations. A background in M&E, relevant industry qualifications, and strong health & safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred) are essential.
