Job Description - Estates Service Manager

Estates Service Manager - Dorset
Contract
£450 per day Umbrella
Hybrid – travel required
Full time

Lead and manage the Estates Team to deliver efficient and effective estate management services.
Provide expert professional advice on a wide range of estate management matters.
Oversee and manage the Estates Budget.
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase income from the estate through new initiatives, enhanced yields, or strategic repurposing.
Carry out property acquisitions and manage lettings of assets within the estate portfolio.
Supervise the team in conducting rent reviews, handling tenant enquiries, drafting heads of terms, and instructing legal teams on lease agreements.
