EUC & Trade Floor Support Analyst

We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Trade Floor Support Specialist to join our global investment bank clients dynamic team. This role involves supporting all EUC and terminal market data feeds, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining EUC service quality, supporting trade floor system users, and participating in EUC projects and initiatives.

You must have trade floor support experience

• Provide support for EUC and terminal market data systems and users.
• Engage in EUC and market data terminal projects and initiatives.
• Handle first-line support for IPC Turrets.
• Build and deploy EUC hardware and systems.
• Analyse and diagnose service incident and performance issues related to EUC.
• Manage and deliver on EUC service requests.
• Move IT equipment and participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) tests and power-downs.
• Stay updated with the latest EUC and market data technology.
• Advise users on EUC technology and services.
• Maintain regulatory controls of EUC systems and practices, ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training and support strategic directives from management.

• Proven experience in supporting EUC systems and terminal market data feeds.
• Strong knowledge of EUC hardware and systems.
• Ability to participate effectively in projects, from system integration to user training and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose service incidents.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in advising users and managing service requests.
• Commitment to maintaining security, control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 and provide cover during weekends and project periods as required.
