In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality home care and support for individuals needing extra help in the evenings, allowing them to stay comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and companionship during evening visits, offering vital assistance in the comfort of clients’ homes
• Help with end-of-day routines, including personal care and other practical support tasks
• Ensure a safe, warm environment that supports clients' needs and well-being
• Build strong relationships with clients, making a meaningful impact every evening

We’re Looking For:

• Caring individuals with a supportive attitude and a commitment to quality care
• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Caregiver, or Care Assistant is advantageous but not essential
• Access to a car or residence within or near the CM18, CM19, CM20 areas is preferred
• Availability for regular evening shifts (timing can be discussed to suit both parties)
