Job Description - Event Accreditation Administrator

  • Location: London Stadium, Stratford
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temporary.

London Stadium are looking to recruit an Event Accreditation Administrator on an interim 3-month basis.

This role is crucial for the smooth execution of a variety of events including football, concerts, and other sporting events. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing event accreditation and administration.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Coordinate the data management and operational delivery of accreditation for various events.
  • Participate in site visits and collaborate with the stadium team to ensure the smooth implementation of accreditation procedures.
  • Assist in planning and implementing the accreditation process, ensuring all individuals have the correct access to designated zones within the venue.
  • Manage pass production using the accreditation system and dedicated printers.
  • Oversee the accreditation processes including data collection, distribution, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables to support the accreditation needs for the event calendar.
  • Handle event day accreditation distribution, including managing the accreditation desk at the workforce entrance and assisting stakeholders with additional or replacement requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders (stadium partners, contractors, suppliers, and other departments) to ensure appropriate accreditation is issued.
  • Collect and manage data for accreditation ensuring adherence to procedures, quality control, and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with external contracted providers, offering support and guidance for the submission of accreditation applications, including system training where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing accreditation at major events.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GDPR legislation.
  • Proficient in using accreditation systems/databases.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships quickly with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong and consistent attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, capable of working in a high-demand, high-pressure environment.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Logical thinker who can adapt and prioritise effectively.

Due to the nature of the role, full-time attendance at the office is required. Unfortunately, hybrid or remote working arrangements are not possible. Some weekend work will also be required.
