Job Description - Event Administrator

This exciting role is for an Event Administrator in the Not for Profit industry, specifically within the Marketing and Events department. The successful candidate will be adept at managing tasks efficiently and working in a fast-paced environment.

Client Details

Our client is a small-sized Think Tank working with financial organisations to provide research into the world economy. They are renowned for their commitment to excellence and have a reputation for fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Description

  • Providing administrative support for both virtual and in-person events.
  • Ensuring all event-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handling event-related queries from attendees and staff..
  • Managing and updating the CRM system with information relating to all events.
  • Compiling reports and analysis of post-event.
  • Collating surveys and feedback from event attendees.

Profile

A successful Event Administrator should have:

  • Experience in attending and assisting at corporate events.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of £17 inclusive of holiday pay.
