Ryder Reid Legal is looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Assistant to join one of our global law firm clients on a 12-month FTC. The Events Assistant will support the planning and delivery of a wide range of client-facing and internal events. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic law firm and gain valuable experience in legal marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end coordination of:
  • Client dinners, receptions, roundtables, and corporate hospitality
  • Internal events and team functions
• Manage event logistics:
  • Venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, AV, and on-site support
• Maintain the international events calendar and track key milestones
• Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and diary bookings
• Support event communications and promotional materials
• Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and post-event reporting

Ideal Candidate:

• 12-18 months' experience in events, marketing, or communications (ideally in professional services)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (a plus)
