  • Support the delivery of engaging activations and guest experiences, including excursions for Youth Programme participants where relevant.

  • Assist with budget tracking, supplier quotes and purchase orders, ensuring spend is monitored and documented accurately.

  • Play an active role in on-site event delivery, including rehearsals, live event management and post-event wrap-up.

  • Ensure sustainability principles are embedded across all aspects of event delivery, helping to set new benchmarks for green and responsible events.

Experience

  • Proven experience delivering events, ideally within a high-profile, international or purpose-led organisation.

  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C events of varying scale and complexity.

  • Experience working with external agencies, venues and production partners, ideally including international suppliers.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or VIPs, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

  • An understanding of, or strong interest in, sustainable and environmentally responsible event delivery.

  • A proactive team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
