Exam Invigilation

• Location: Morden & Carshalton
• Dates: 15th-23rd May or 4th, 6th, 11th June
• Times: AM sessions from 07:45 to 12:00
• Pay Rate: £15 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Exam Invigilator to join our team for the upcoming exam periods in May and June. This role is ideal for someone with strong English language skills and previous experience in exam invigilation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and smooth running of the examination process.

• Ensure that all examination guidelines and standards are adhered to during the exam sessions.
• Assist in setting up examination rooms including placing candidate numbers, exam papers, and stationery as required.
• Monitor the exam room to prevent cheating and to ensure a quiet environment for candidates.
• Distribute and collect exam papers at the start and end of each examination session.
• Provide assistance to any candidates as needed, including scribing duties, ensuring clear and accurate writing.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent handwriting, suitable for scribing for students.
• Proven experience as an Exam Invigilator.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clean, Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Comfortable with scribing duties and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
