We are recruiting for exam invigilators for a school based in the Denstone area, just in between Ashbourne and Uttoxeter, for their upcoming Spring/Summer exams season.

The purpose of the role includes the preparation and monitoring the environment and students under examination conditions from start to end. You will be responsible for ensuring facilities are set up before hand according to instructions, all materials required are prepared and available. Verifying students on entry, supervise through the duration of the exam, providing appropriate assistance and managing disruptions. Once complete, ensuring all exam papers are collected and accounted for and handled securely.

We are looking for availability from the beginning of May, through to the end of the exam period at the end of June. You will be allocated an exam schedule in advance, morning exams taking place 08:30-12:00, afternoons 13:30-16:00. You be allocated full day coverage or AM / PM only. Timetable will be confirmed with you beforehand.

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS with child barred list
• Own transport due to remote location
• Punctual and reliable.
• Flexible to work around exam timetables
• Ability to stay focused for long periods.

Desirable:

• Previous Invigilator experience

• Basic knowledge of exam regulations
  
  

Potential for recurring annual work in Autumn and Spring/Summer exam seasons.
