We are seeking a vigilant and professional Exam Invigilator for the timely and efficient running of examinations within a highly esteemed not for profit institution located in Liverpool.

Description

• Ensuring a calm environment that enables candidates to focus on their examinations.
• Overseeing the distribution and collection of examination papers in accordance with strict procedures.
• Monitoring examinations, including performing thorough room checks.
• Assisting with setting up examination rooms, including positioning of desks and chairs.
• Guiding candidates on entering and leaving the examination room.
• Ensuring that all candidates have left the room at the end of the examination.
• Recording and reporting any incidents to the examination officer.
• Helping to uphold the integrity of the examination process.

A successful Exam Invigilator should have:

• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A firm but fair approach to upholding rules and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to commute to Liverpool.
