Payrate £14.76 – £16.00 per hour PAYE (depending on experience)
Duration : 6 months
Hybrid (2 days in office/3 days remote)

We’re looking for an Examinations Assistant with experience in assessments or professional education, ideally gained within a professional body, membership organisation, or similar regulated setting.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support the delivery of high-stakes written and clinical exams — from candidate onboarding and examiner training, to appeals and post-exam processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth, professional experience for all involved.

What you’ll be doing:
?? Coordinating onboarding sessions for candidates and training for examiners
?? Supporting exam delivery — scheduling, minute-taking, quality checks, and data entry
?? Managing queries from candidates and panel members
?? Assisting with appeals and incidents, ensuring accurate records
?? Updating exam content on the website and helping with system improvements

What we’re looking for:
?? Experience working on examinations or assessments in a professional or regulatory setting
?? Strong admin and IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
?? Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
?? Comfortable using digital platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Bookings
?? A calm, proactive approach under pressure and tight deadlines
