We’re hiring a skilled and reliable Examinations Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a vital role supporting the effective delivery of internal and external examinations in line with JCQ regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the full exams cycle, including entries, timetables, and results
• Ensuring compliance with all JCQ and awarding body requirements
• Liaising with students, staff, and invigilators to ensure smooth exam operations
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records

Essential Requirements:
? Proven experience working in an Exams Office
? Previous experience as an Examinations Officer – this is a JCQ-mandated requirement
? Ability to work independently – 2 days per week will involve lone working in the exams office
? Excellent organisational and communication skills
