Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking a dedicated Exams Officer to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Wednesbury. This role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis until the end of the summer term.

About the Role:

As our Exams Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of examinations within the school, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process for students. This includes overseeing exam timetables, liaising with exam boards, and ensuring all students receive the necessary access arrangements to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the administration of all internal and external exams

Ensuring compliance with exam regulations and SEN access arrangements

Liaising with exam boards, staff, and invigilators

Organising exam timetables and room allocations

Supporting students to ensure a positive exam experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience in an exams officer or school administration role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Understanding of SEN and access arrangements (preferred)

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

A proactive and problem-solving mindset
