Job Description - Executive Administrator


Executive Administrator required for this temporary role to potentially go permanent.

Start: Must be available to start within 1 week
Salary: Up to £40k
Location: Remote working but there must be flexibility to go into an office occasionally, preferably London.
Hours: Full time

Duties:
  • Day to day support to the CEO's EA
  • Assist with scheduling and organising meetings including Board and Senior Management team meetings
  • Prepare agendas
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Support with the organisation of company events
  • Process the CEO's expenses
  • Raise Purchase Orders

Skills/experience required:
  • Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Sage, Adobe Acrobat Writer experience is essential
  • Familiarity with Sage is a bonus
  • Previous PA/EA experience, preferably within a corporate environment
