Are you an experienced Executive Assistant and immediately available for a minimum 2 month temporary contract? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Do you have experience of: -

• Providing support as an Executive Assistant at director level
• Coordinating diaries and workflows
• Planning and coordinating meetings including board meetings and high level internal meetings
• Minute taking for formal governance / board groups
• Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
• Public sector
• Excellent administration skills with good written and verbal communication skills
• Delivering tasks through to completion, using initiative within frameworks provided
