We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team on a temporary basis whilst they recruit permanently.
Due to start immediately, we are looking for someone who is immediately available to interview early next week and start mid week for a handover.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the CEO and CFO, including the coordination of a confidential calendar, managing requests for attendance, travel arrangements, meeting and event coordination, and ensuring the effective use of CEO's time. A high level of confidentiality and discretion will be essential in all aspects of your work. While the primary focus will be supporting the CEO, there may be occasional support required for other directors.
The role is hybrid, with 2 - 3 days in the Northampton office, however during the handover you will need to be in the office more.
