Executive Assistant | Financial Services | £180/day Inside IR35 | Rolling 6 Months Contract | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 office days per week - 2 days working from home |

We currently have a rolling 6 month contract for an Executive Assistant supporting a team within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client.

This role would suit a confident Executive Assistant with experience of supporting senior level personnel within financial services or a corporate environment.

Your skills and experiences will include:

• Previous relevant experience within the financial services industry or a corporate environment
• Proven experience supporting senior level personnel
• Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
• A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Hours: Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home

Rate: £180/per day Inside IR35. You will be working through an umbrella company for this role.
