I have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a Private Equity firm in central London, to provide support to the Head of IR and wider investor relations team. To be successful, the EA will have prior experience working within financial services, preferably Private Equity, however this is not essential. The EA must have excellent communication skills, a positive and approachable demeanor, in addition to strong organisational skills and the ability to think ahead with a solution orientated approach. If you enjoy working in a fast paced team, building relationships and adding value, this could be the role for you!

What you’ll do:

• Provide dedicated support to the Head of IR and wider team.
• Extensive diary management both internally and for investors
• Organise multi-stop international travel and all the logistics
• Prepare documents and materials in advance of any meetings
• Attend and minute meetings as required
• Support with the organisaton and planning of events
• Roadshow coordination and execution
• Manage investor call log

What you’ll need:

• Educated to degree level – desired
• Experience within Private Equity and Investor Relations – beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
