Executive Personal Assistant

REED Business Support is supporting a well established organisation with the recruitment of an Executive PA on an ongoing temporary basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive PA support to the CEO and the Executive Board
• Diary management
• Travel and accommodation arrangements
• Minute meetings, type up reports, follow up actions etc
• Process expense claims
• Arrange events both on and off site
• Email inbox management
• General admin duties

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Previous recent experience of supporting senior management up to board level
• Extremely organised and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage complex and confidential information with diplomacy and tact
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Competent user of IT, in particular Microsoft Office

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm – Hybrid working offered

SALARY

Up to £40,000 DOE

This role is urgently required so you will ideally have little to no notice.
