Location : Leighton Buzzard
Pay: £12.63 to £13.73 per hour
Full Time, Monday to Friday -3-6 months

We are currently seeking an Expenses Assistant, based in Leighton Buzzard. This is an ongoing temporary position, with the potential for the role to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process all expense claims in accordance with the company's policy and ensure that they are approved correctly
• Making sure VAT receipts are valid for claims and cover the value
• Verify all expenses are within HMRC guidelines and enforcing expenses best practice
• Support the expenses fee into the finance system and payment runs
• Deal with employee emails and phone queries in a professional and timely manner
• Undertake any other duties which may be requested by the Line Manager

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communications both written and verbal
Intermediate Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Customer focused
