Experienced School Cover and Data Officer - September Opportunity!

Are you an early riser with a passion for organisation, data, and making a real impact in a busy school environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data and Cover Officer to join the team in a vibrant Eat and help keep the school running smoothly every morning.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of the operations—managing staff cover and pupil admissions, supporting reception when needed, and handling a range of administrative tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff absence calls and play a key role in ensuring the school day starts without a hitch.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Punctual and reliable – ready to start at 7:00 AM to manage early morning cover arrangements.
• Discreet and professional – able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A clear communicator – confident in sharing and receiving information accurately.
• Independent and systematic – able to follow procedures and make decisions when needed.
• Tech-savvy – with strong skills in Office 365 (especially Word and Excel), SharePoint, and ideally experience with MIS system SIMS.
• Detail-focused – especially when managing admissions data and official communications.
• Collaborative and confident – working closely with senior leadership and keeping them informed of key deadlines and updates.
