Experienced Teaching Assistant

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Oldham:

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join a lovely SEN school, supporting children with complex needs, in the Oldham area.

You will be supporting children aged 5+ with complex needs both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. The school are looking for someone who has supported in a similar setting, or who has a strong background in SEN.

Position Details:

• Location: Oldham (OL8)
• Position: Experienced SEN TA
• Type of Work: Temporary
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time only
• Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: Long-Term, Ongoing

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role/setting
• Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
• Team Teach Level 2 would be highly desired

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references
