Experienced Warehouse Operatives Full Time Only

The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting for Experienced Warehouse Operatives (Picking / Packing) to join our clients team based in the Baglan area.

Our client is a well established leader in fashion and is currently looking for Picking Operatives to join their team. The successful candidates will be target driven, have drive and ambition and will be required to work in a busy Warehouse environment. Must be reliable and trustworthy and will be required to stand for long periods of time and do a lot of walking during the picking process.

Rate of pay: £12.50ph (Overtime 1.5 after 37.5 hours worked)

Shifts:
Option 1: Days: Monday-Friday: 8am-3.30pm
Option 2: Afternoons: Sunday-Thursday: 3pm-10.30pm
Option 3: Nights: Sunday-Thursday: 10.30pm-6.30am

Contract: This is a temporary assignment for approx 7 weeks and the duration of the Summer sale period.

Duties / Expectations:

• Picking / Packing items accurately based on customer orders

• Aim to meet strict KPI targets set by your line Manager

• Able to follow instruction and processes

• Flexibility to adapt to company demand being able to work extra hours when needed

• Able to work Saturdays when needed and Bank Holidays

• Exceptional timekeeping and attendance

• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy environment

• Work as part of a successful team as well as working on your own initiative

• Be able to support other departments in the Warehouse when needed

• Comply with Health & Safety policy considering duty of care for yourself and others at all times.
