We're partnering with a leading digital agency to find an exceptional Experimentation Lead with a commercial mindset. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and embedding experimentation processes across a global streaming ecosystem.

This role isn't about crunching numbers behind the scenes. It's about leading the charge-building relationships, setting up strong frameworks, and driving measurable commercial impact through strategic experimentation.

• Establishing collaborative ways of working with international product teams to implement a consistent experimentation approach across UK & IE markets.

• Building a scalable governance framework to ensure test design, execution, and reporting meet high standards of accuracy and insight.

• Partnering with commercial stakeholders to define testing priorities-balancing quick-win tactical experiments with long-term product strategy.

• Running knowledge-sharing sessions across European markets to share experimentation best practices and lessons learned.

• Aligning closely with central experimentation teams to accelerate value delivery and contribute to a broader experimentation vision.

• A natural communicator and relationship-builder, confident influencing senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of scaling experimentation programmes in fast-paced environments.

• Strong strategic thinking with a knack for identifying commercial opportunities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and roadmaps without losing sight of the bigger picture.

• Experience in translating complex data into compelling narratives through visual storytelling.

• Hands-on expertise with tools like Optimizely, Content Square, and Adobe Analytics
