Position: Full-Time Early Years Teacher

About the Role: Hays Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable primary school for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about early childhood education to join a supportive and dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's learning and development.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A current DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching young children.
