Your new role

• Lead playful and structured learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Inspire children through engaging lessons in early literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
• Maintain a warm, nurturing atmosphere that encourages exploration and independence.
• Observe children's learning and development, sharing feedback with permanent teaching staff.
• Support smooth transitions in nursery and reception settings during staff absences.
• Adapt confidently to different schools and age groups across early years' education.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant EYFS teaching qualifications.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and development stages.
• A caring and engaging teaching approach suitable for young children.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust within nursery and reception classrooms.
• Previous experience working with early years children in an educational setting.
