EYFS Phase Leader

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS specialist seeking a new opportunity from September 2025? Are you ready to take on a leadership role, teaching a Reception class while leading the EYFS phase in a supportive, community-focused primary school?

An established, welcoming primary school in the vibrant and diverse borough of Ealing is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced EYFS Lead Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-resourced and forward-thinking school committed to delivering outstanding early years education.

• Teach a Reception class within a two-form entry primary school.

• Lead the EYFS phase, overseeing the quality of provision and pupil outcomes across Nursery and Reception.

• Create a warm, inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to the needs of all pupils.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues to plan and deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum.

• Support pupils' development in core subjects, as well as their personal, social and emotional wellbeing.

• Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs and implement effective small group interventions.

• Manage behaviour positively in line with the school's policies and values.

This is a full-time, permanent position from September 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to join a nurturing and ambitious school community.
