Location:Mansfield, Shirebrook - NG20
Daily Rate: £180 - £230
Start Date: Sept 2025
Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract: Long Term to Permanent

Are you a passionate and creative EYFS teacher looking for a supportive, forward-thinking environment? Long Term Futures are seeking a Reception Teacher to cover maternity leave from September 2025 in a vibrant two-form entry primary school in Mansfield, Shirebrook. This role is ideal for those who have completed their ECT induction and want to thrive in a nurturing early years setting.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for a Reception class
• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led lessons that promote development
• Observe, track, and assess pupils' progress
• Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment
• Work closely with the EYFS team, SENCO, and families to support each child's journey
• Maintain safeguarding and behaviour standards

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with completed ECT induction
• Experience teaching in EYFS
• Creative and nurturing teaching style
• Confident managing routines and individual learning needs
• Strong communication skills with staff and parents
• Knowledge of Read Write Inc or similar phonics programmes
