Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and energetic EYFS Teaching Assistants for supply roles in primary schools across Bradford. We are looking for passionate individuals to support children in Nursery and Reception classes, helping to create a fun, safe, and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

• Running small group activities, including phonics, numeracy, and literacy sessions.

• Assisting with setting up learning environments, including role-play areas and outdoor activities.

• Providing one-to-one support to children who may need extra help or encouragement.

• Fostering a positive, caring, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

• Assisting with daily routines, including snack times and personal care.

• A relevant qualification in childcare or education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NNEB).

• Proven experience working with children in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception).

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and parents.

• A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to learning.

• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or the willingness to apply for one.
