Tradewind are currently looking to recruit an EYFS teacher for a school with a fantastic reputation in Hyde, Tameside. The role will commence September 2025 on a full-time basis. About the Role

As the EYFS teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children within a mixed ability class. The class includes some children with SEND needs so experience writing and reviewing EHCPs will be highly beneficial. You will also be joined by a full-time TA.

EYFS Teaching Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for young children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging lessons based on the EYFS framework and foster a love for learning by incorporating creative and hands-on activities into lessons.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic development in young learners.
• Effectively manage and supervise children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress through assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with parents to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.

• You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have direct teaching experience in an Early Years setting
• Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
