Romano Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to support early years pupils in a full-time role.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS activities

• Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy interventions

• Provide one-to-one and small group support

• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

• Monitor and encourage pupil progress and engagement

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)

• Experience working in EYFS settings or woth children within the last two years

• Strong understanding of early childhood development

• A patient, caring and proactive approach

Job Details:

• Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant

• Location: Bury

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

• Pay Rate: £15.94 per hour
