SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and supportive primary school in the heart of Islington. We are currently recruiting for a CACHE Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their on-site nursery, working with children aged 3 to 4 years old in a pre-school setting.

This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing Teaching Assistant who is eager to support children in their early development stages. You'll be working in a well-resourced EYFS environment alongside a strong team of early years professionals.

• Supporting children of mixed abilities in the school nursery, including children with additional needs

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging Early Years activities in line with the EYFS curriculum

• Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support to ensure all children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn

• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive

• Collaborating with SENCOs, speech and language therapists, and other professionals where needed

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years education

• Have experience working within a Nursery, EYFS, or pre-school setting

• Be patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting early childhood development

• Have experience or a keen interest in working with children with SEND

• Be confident in supporting learning through play and structured activities

• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the classroom environment
