Fabric Technician / Handyman

Fabric Technician / Handyman - Rotherham - £16 per hour - 37.5 hours a week. Contract until end of August.

Based at a commercial and manufacturing site, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues. Repair and maintain office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Assist with the setup and breakdown of office and warehouse spaces for events and meetings. Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will have proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
