Facilities Assistant

Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Location: Ash, Sandwich (must drive due to clients location)

Pay Rate: £12.25

Contract Type: 6 months contract

Hours: 39 hours a week, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm Friday

Your responsibilities will include:

• General upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds.
• Cutting the grass.
• Trimming hedges.
• Making management aware if contractors are required for larger problems.
• Cleaning out spaces.
• Assist with production.

Experience and skills required for this position:

• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, handyman or caretaker work required.
