Job Description - Facilities Assistant

Area: M23 Manchester

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Average 38 hours per week (10-hour shifts, with several weekdays off)
Schedule: Must be flexible and available to work 1 in every 3 weekends

?? Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including external site maintenance and groundskeeping
Carry out safety inspections on park signage and life buoys
Empty waste bins and maintain cleanliness across the site

? Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (a company vehicle is provided for work-related travel)
Valid Basic DBS check
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors
